Redbarns Miniature Pinschers
A Little About Us
Welcome to Redbarns! We are Fred and Rose Brown and we love Miniature Pinschers and Toy Fox Terriers. We started with our first Min Pin in 1989 and added our first Toy Fox Terrier in 2010. You might say we are hooked.
We moved from the Arizona/New Mexico area in 2006 to Kansas where we have continued with our breeding of these great little dogs. We are known as Redbarns and are eager to share with you our family of dogs.
Just in case you are wondering where the Redbarns came from, we purchased an old dairy barn and have converted it into our home. It took over a year to complete, but we now have plenty of kennel room along with space for our "people" friends too. If you look close in the picture above you will see some of our four legged family members.
Our dogs live in a 1000 square foot kennel that is heated and cooled. They also spend as much time as they can get away with in the house with us. Two of them sleep with us at night, and the rest bed down in crates in their own bedroom next to ours. As you can tell, they are part of our family.
Our goal at Redbarns is to keep the standards of the Miniature Pinschers and Toy Fox Terriers by breeding in the correct way and not just for the "sale" of puppies. We limit our breeding to no more than two litters per year.
